2 Pounds Chicken Thighs
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 clove garlic minced
2 tablespoons Green Chile Pepper Jelly for Glaze
Mix all marinade ingredients in a bag and add chicken thighs. Allow to marinade for at least one hour.
Preheat the oven, grill, air fryer, etc. to about 450 F. (We used a Ninja Foodi on the grill function)
Once ready, place your chicken inside and cook for three minutes on each side.
After the chicken is mostly cooked, remove the chicken and add a glaze of Green Chile Pepper Jelly on each thigh.
Place the chicken inside once again for 1 minute. Remove when the glaze has browned slightly and chicken is cooked.
